The drone performance marks the start of the game’s 10th anniversary on November 14 and a treasure trove of in-game rewards for players around the world

To mark the occasion, the city center manhattan turned into candied carnival. Viewers enjoyed a dramatic takeover of the New York City horizon as hundreds of luminous drones took Candy Crush Saga from the mobile phone to the largest screen on Earth – the sky.

For 10 sweet minutes, sweets were matched at more than 1,000 times the size seen on a cellphone in a breathtaking performance by 500 synchronized drones. Electrifying color bombs at a larger than life show Tiffisome of the game’s most iconic elements took flight into the night sky.

Throughout the night, over 1,000 people joined the party at Battery Park Esplanade, while listening to a live DJ, Luda Love and take advantage Candy Crush Saga inspired food, drinks, a gigantic, adult, ball pit, carnival games, and more. Beyond the candid carnival space, the spectacle could be seen by countless New Yorkers from downtown to downtown as well as by New Jersey residents across the Hudson.
